Don't order from this company. I ordered this for our new construction home. My electrician put it up and advised that it was quite heavy and concerned about the weight of this item. It looks like it may belong outside as it is very heavy duty (and beautiful). However, not going to work where we need it in our new house. Unfortunately, this company will not allow me to return this item? I paid $297.00 for a light that I can not return or exchange just because it has been a few months since ordering. I had to have all my lights ordered at a certain time for my electricians. The house was not ready for lights until recently, and now I am penalized and stuck with a $297.00 light I can't use. There is nothing during ordering that states that you are unable to return/exchange. I have the original packaging, box, etc. It was just taken out of the box, brand new. Don't deal with this company when ordering your lights!These things are wonderfully pieces in my brick 1930’s Tudor home. A lot of reviews state they are heavy, they are but if you’re u have a electrician that knows what he is Jonny he will use a heavy duty box which permits for a heavy fixture such as this. Wonderful I love them.Gave it 2 stars because it looks like it would have been a great piece if it had arrived with all the pieces and was not broken. Even though I am not quite sure it was still worth the price. Have bought less expensive lifting that seemed to be of better quality. But it is quite a statement piece.Ordered two, and both arrived damaged. The small parts (bolts, caps etc) were packed loose inside the bag that also contained the main fixture. Both fixtures are scratched. I would not install them - they look terrible. I'll return them.Suits our modern, rustic home perfectly! Don't hang low though as you wouldn't want to hit your head on the sharp corners.
