These light fixtures felt cheaply made, which was not a huge problem since they would be mounted to the wall.The deal breaker is the quality of the finish on the decorative tube, the reason many would purchase this fixture. You can tell by looking closely at the stock photo that the ends are not closed, which would have been a red flag for me had I inspected it further. The ends of that tube should be welded or compressed close and then polished.The ends of the tube I received are not closed, unfinished, and left at a sharp angle and with a noticeable gap. Not only does it look terrible, but it could also cut or gouge a person unlucky enough to come in contact with it.Kichler (Or whoever actually made these) should be ashamed of shipping this product. Not only have you disappointed a new customer, you turned away possible return business and wasted the time of everyone involved. The seller and shipper are worse off for your attempt at passing these off as quality fixtures.I bought 2 lights. Both arrived at different times and were packaged differently. One had tape residue on the metal finish which I could tell was going to be difficult to remove. Both Kichler Armida wall sconces had visible manufacturer's defects (uneven edges and holes), and the defects were different on each light. The vertical metal piece is a hollow tube that is flattened on each end. The ends are where the defects were most noticeable. Also the glass hole for the light socket had rough edges as if it had been chipped all the way around.Matches the fixture in my Dining room - am using 3 of them in my bathroom with double sins. Looks Smashing!Nice lightSconces look nice in my bathroom. Provide lots of light and a stylish update.
